Description
Our unit is now looking for a new colleague to join our team.
With us, you will have primary responsibility for one of our areas, where you will become the obvious point of contact for managers. As a staffing administrator, you support our operations and serve as a valuable sounding board in all staffing-related matters.
In your area, you will work in a team together with an HR specialist. Together, you complement each other and create structure, continuity, and quality in daily work. You are jointly responsible for ensuring that staffing flows smoothly and that the operation receives the support it needs, when it is needed. You will also work closely with other colleagues in the unit. Together, you form a cohesive and solution-oriented team that shares knowledge and supports each other, with a common focus on creating sustainable, accurate, and qualitative staffing for the entire organization.
Our mission is clear: the right person should be in the right place at the right time. By securing staffing when regular staff are absent, we contribute to a safe and stable operation.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has completed secondary education with a focus on economics or personnel administration, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. If you have a post-secondary education with a focus on HR or personnel administration, that is an advantage. We also prefer that you have good knowledge of labor law.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a prerequisite for handling our IT tools and contact points. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in Time Care pool and Personec.
